Directions to Harbor Quilt, inc. Take the City Center exit and turn towards the harbor. Bremerton, turn left; Tacoma, turn right. Go straight down the hill towards the blinking light. Two thirds of the way down, on the left hand side is Harbor Center. Turn left into the parking lot. We share Harbor Center with The Birdnest Gift Shop.
